Shipping

Ready to Ship Items

Ready to ship items will leave from my studio within 2 business days of you completing your purchase. Actual delivery date will be dependent on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Custom Items

Custom orders/projects will not have the same turnaround time. Depending on my availability, current turnaround time for custom items will be communicated to you upon booking the project. Please contact me here for more information about turnaround time for specific custom orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, I will always do my best to make it right for you. I will happily accept returns for your order within 14 days of delivery. 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition it was received in, buyers will be responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges for orders, but if you are dissatisfied with your order I will not leave you hanging! Contact me regarding your order at morgan@artfullymorgan.com and I would be happy to work out a solution with you.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Due to these items being created specifically for you, I cannot accept returns for customized or personalized orders. If a custom order arrived to you in a way that was not expected, please let me know and I would be happy to talk about a resolution for the problem.

Intellectual Property

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Morgan Taylor, even after artwork sale. This includes purchase of designs on ready to ship items (prints, cards, stickers, hand-painted items), custom pieces or designs, and murals. By purchasing these items, you are granted an unlimited license to use and enjoy the items for personal purposes in the form in which they were received only. The purchase of an item, customized or otherwise does not grant the customer permission to reproduce the item in any way by means of profit or otherwise.

Reproduction of the artwork in anyway requires the express written permission of the artist. Posting photos of the artwork on social media with proper credits given to the artist is always welcome and does not breach this clause.
